July 2015:
UAS launch his research company called Umbria Hightech Research (UHR).
The goal of the new company is to focus on research and development of new products and technologies.

March 2015 news:
UESys to merge with Umbria Aerospace Systems srl.
The management announce the merge of the two companies, UESys and UAS, in only one that will be called Umbria Aerospace Systems srl.
Massimo Paoletti, promoted as president of the group, says: "Merge of companies is the goal to achieve a group committed to become a full solution provider for aircraft integrators".
Gianpiero Scrascia, General Manager of the group, says: "From the point of view of customers a big change is now available: there is a bigger, important and solid group able to give customers solutions they need. We have integrated, in only one company, thirty years of expertise on mechanical, hydraulic, electric and electronic fields maturated in aeronautical sector.”

Umbra electronic systems to acquire Umbria Aerospace Systems srl.
Gianpiero Scrascia, president and electronic marketing manager says: "UESys is proud to announce acquisition of UAS (Umbria Aerospace Systems srl) to place basis of growth on aerospace market. Strategic acquisition has been done to complete overall skills of company with compelling and edge leading mechanical know how on aerospace and in-general aircraft subsystems design and manufacture."
With acquisition UESys wants to stabilize business and put it into new stage becoming an affordable source for both electronic systems, mechanical and full electromechanical solutions covering entire subsystems.
UAS staff has been moved from previous site into main plant of Torgiano, Italy.
We will be more complete, more skilled and more helpful to customer needs.
